LEAD DET. LARRY SMITH
IN AND OUT DAIRY MART / 12-28-09 / 2010 HRS. / 2329 PORTLAND AVENUE
NARRATIVE: Two black males entered through the front door and confronted the victim from the opposite side of the counter at gunpoint. BM#1 demanded and received the business cash while BM#2 robbed a customer. Both BMs fled east on Portland Avenue and were seen getting into a getaway vehicle.
SUSPECT #1: BM / 20-25 / 5'8" - 5'9" / 150-160 / thin build / medium complexion / brown eyes / LSW: black bandanna worn over lower portion of face / black jacket with fur around edge of hood / black pants with non-descript design on back pockets / black shoes
SUSPECT #2: BM / 20-25 / 5'8" - 5'9" / 170-180 / medium build / medium complexion / brown eyes / LSW: black bandanna worn over lower portion of face / black jacket with hood / black pants / black shoes
