CASH TYME / 02-05-09 / 1719 HRS. / 11340 PRESTON HIGHWAY

NARRATIVE: One white male entered the business masked and armed with a gun. He immediately confronted the victim from the opposite side of the counter and demanded and received the business cash. The WM then fled southbound and disappeared from sight.

SUSPECT #1: WM / 20-30 / 5'8" - 5'10" / 175-200 / medium build / light complexion / LSW: blue cloth with homemade eyeholes worn over face / black Carhartt coat with hood worn up / dark jeans / Nike shoes

6'0" 180lbs. Jail ID: 346697

On February 19, 2009, John Hall was indicted by a Jefferson County Grand Jury for this and several other robberies. His case is pending in Jefferson Circuit Court.
