FIRST AMERICA CASH ADVANCE / 02-02-09 / 1335 HRS. / 5510 NEW CUT RD.

NARRATIVE:  One white male entered through the front doors masked and armed with a handgun.  He immediately went behind the counter and confronted the victim.  He pointed the gun at her and demanded the business cash.  After obtaining the business cash, the WM fled the business on foot.

SUSPECT #1:  WM / 20-30 / 5'10" / 170-180 / medium build / LSW:  black ski mask with two homemade eyeholes / black Carhartt jacket with hood worn up / dark jeans

On February 19, 2009, John Hall was indicted by a Jefferson County Grand Jury for this and several other robberies.  His case is pending in Jefferson Circuit Court.
