NARRATIVE: The victim was walking towards the business office when a black male approached her, told her he was armed, and demanded the business cash. The victim complied and the BM fled southbound through the alley and then westbound on Chestnut St.
SUSPECT#1: BM / 26-30 / 5'11" - 6' / 200-215 / medium build / light complexion / dark sunglasses / LSW: black baseball cap / red t-shirt / black or dark gray jean shorts
