DAIRY QUEEN / 05-23-08 / 1301 HRS. / 611 WINKLER AVENUE

NARRATIVE: One black male entered the business, grabbed a male employee, shot him and shoved him to the ground. The female employees ran and the BM fired another shot at them, striking one. The BM demanded and received the business cash. While this was occurring, another black male and a black female suspect entered the business and followed the employees to the rear. All three suspects then fled through the same door they entered. All three suspects were last seen running northwest through the alley behind the business.

SUSPECT#1: BM / 20-25 / 5'8" - 6' / 160-170 / thin to medium build / medium complexion / mustache and chin fuzz / LSW: camouflage hooded jacket unzipped with hood worn up / black baseball cap / white T-shirt / black baggy jeans / black shoes

SUSPECT#2: BM / 20-25 / 5'10" - 6' / 180-200 / medium to stocky build / dark complexion / unshaven / LSW: navy hoody with hood worn up / black bandanna over lower portion of face / baggy blue jean shorts / white socks / dark athletic shoes

SUSPECT#3: BF / 20-25 / 5'4" - 5'7" / 160-170 / large build / dark complexion / LSW: navy hoody with hood worn up / black bandanna over lower portion of face / gray T-shirt / light gray sweatpants / white athletic shoes
