CIRCLE K / 01-08-07 / 0043 HRS. / 6517 PRESTON HWY.

NARRATIVE: One white male entered the store with his hood up and walked back out of the store seconds later. Within the minute, he walked back inside, where he waited for several minutes. After the customers had left, he approached the lone clerk and demanded the business cash. The clerk thought he was joking and laughed. He then said demanded the cash again and pulled a handgun and pointed it at the clerk. She opened the register and stepped back. He then reached across the counter and removed the folding money from the till. The clerk last saw him walking southbound along the front of the store.

SUSPECT: BM / 25 - 32 / 5'10" - 5'11" / 165 - 180 / thin / light complexion / bald / small brown mustache / no glasses / LSW: orange hoody with hood worn down and Adidas written in white lettering across the front / black jeans / black boots

On April 15, 2008, Brandon Edwards was arrested and charged with this robbery. On July 14, 2008, he was sentenced to 8 years to serve.
