CHOPSTICKS HOUSE / 01-06-07 / 2130 HRS. / 2112 WEST BROADWAY

NARRATIVE: Three black males (possibly four) rushed inside the business and two of them (possibly three) stood near the door as the first BM pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded the business cash. The victim opened the cash register, removed some folding money and tossed it on the counter. The BM with the handgun grabbed the money and the BMs fled out the doors and ran south toward the alley between Maple and Broadway.

SUSPECT#1: BM / late-teens / 5'5" - 5'7" / thin build / medium complexion / brown eyes / LSW: black or red hoody with hood worn up / baggy jeans / black and white tennis shoes / red bandanna worn tied around face

SUSPECT#2: BM / late-teens / 5'5" - 5'7" / thin build / medium complexion / brown eyes / LSW: black or red hoody with hood worn up / jeans / red bandanna worn tied around face

SUSPECT#3: BM / late-teens / 5'5" - 5'7" / thin build / medium complexion / brown eyes / LSW: black or red hoody with hood worn up / jeans / red bandanna worn tied around face

Suspect 3:Juvenile (Information Withheld)

On February 8, 2007, Avery Madry, Jesse Orndorff and a juvenile were arrested and charged with this and several other robberies as well as engaging in a crime syndicate. On July 24, 2008, Avery Madry was sentenced to 20 years to serve and Jesse Orndorff was sentenced to 15 years to serve.
